Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The item is free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Altered garments
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance sale items
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Unless required by applicable law, these items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- A different size (subject to availability)
- Another product of equal value
- Store credit where applicable
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.

Typically, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Nuzhat Ali.
- For returns based on personal preference, sizing issues, or change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return process.
