We currently offer free shipping on all orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including all Emirates.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional periods, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–3 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the UAE.

There are no additional delivery charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase.

Nuzhat Ali shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the package

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the order to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
